Thanks to the Visiomax Sensitive All-in-One Solution with cup, daily contact lens care is especially convenient. This all-in-one solution combines cleaning, disinfection, rinsing, and storage in one step and is suitable for all soft contact lenses, especially silicone hydrogel models. The addition of aloe vera makes it gentle on the lens and the eye area. Deposits such as proteins and lipids are reliably removed, keeping the lenses in good condition. A suitable storage cup is also included.

Product Safety

Warnings/Precautions: Do not use if the safety ring is missing, damaged, or the expiration date has passed. Once opened, do not use for more than 90 days. Close the bottle tightly after use. The contact lens can be stored in the closed case for up to 30 days. Do not ingest the solution and keep it out of the reach of children. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip. Never rinse contact lenses or the case with tap water. Store at room temperature. Discard the used solution after each cleaning. Inform the manufacturer and the relevant authorities in the event of serious incidents. Interactions/Contraindications/Side Effects: Consult your ophthalmologist before using any eye medications, especially when using this product for the first time or changing your care system. Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive/allergic to any of the ingredients. In case of intolerance, remove contact lenses and inform your doctor/optician.
Buffered isotonic aqueous solution with sodium chloride, aloe vera, boric acid, borax decahydrate, tetrasodium 1-hydroxyethylidene bisphosphonate, disodium edetate, poloxamer, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and polyhexanide 0.0002%.
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the lenses. 2. Remove the contact lens from your eye, place it in the palm of your hand, apply a few drops of the multipurpose solution to both sides, and gently rub with your fingertip for 20 seconds. 3. Rinse both sides of the lens with the solution. 4. Fill the contact lens case with the multipurpose solution, place one lens in each of the two compartments, and fill each compartment with the solution. The lenses must be completely covered with the solution. Close both compartments tightly and shake the case gently for a few seconds. 5. To ensure adequate disinfection, the contact lenses should remain in the solution for at least 6 hours or overnight. 6. Rinse contact lenses again with the multipurpose solution before use; for sensitive eyes, use saline solution. 7. Empty the contact lens case after use and rinse with the multipurpose solution before drying. 8. Change the multipurpose solution in the case daily or after use and keep the case clean. Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. If the lens is stored in the solution for longer than 30 days, all the above steps must be repeated. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
