Description:
The "Steinberg" dry yeast is ideal for fruity white wines. It is excellent for white and red grape musts, but also for fruity fruit mashes. It is a very good alternative to the "Bernkastel", "Haut Sauternes", and "Chablis" varieties.
Contents sufficient for 10-50 l.
The alcohol tolerance is up to 16% vol.
Application:
Allow the contents of the sachet to swell (rehydrate) in approx. 125 ml of lukewarm water (approximately 30-35°C) for 2-3 hours. Then add to the juice to be fermented. Please ensure that the temperature difference between the yeast mixture and the juice does not exceed 2°C! Fermentation containers are best placed at 15-20°C.
Storage:
Store pure yeast in a cool, dry place. Use the entire package at once!
