Because not all flour is created equal: Our millers' many years of experience, gentle milling, and selected grain varieties from regional growing areas in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg make the difference.
SANUUS Spelt Flour Type 630 (according to the German standard) / W 700 (according to the Austrian standard) is one of the classic household and cake flours and can be used in almost all conventional baking and cooking recipes instead of wheat flour.
Our flours are not milled to the last detail, but contain even more hull content and therefore more minerals. The gentle handling of the milled material and the careful combination of the individual types, together with the high quality of the grains used, form the basis for our high-quality flours.
Whether it's fine pastries, cakes, pizza, noodles/pasta/spätzle, dumplings, or homemade whole-grain bread? Spelt flour is a true all-rounder in the kitchen! Strictly controlled cultivation. The flour is 100% natural and free of additives. All varieties contain no added sugar, other synthetic colors, or flavor enhancers. It is also strictly controlled for pesticides.
