Description


A real taste hit: Our enerBiO seed rolls without any flour or yeast are a fiber-rich source of protein, a delicious alternative and ideal for everyone who follows a gluten-free diet. What makes the rolls so special? In addition to gluten-free whole grain oat flakes and psyllium husks, the mixture contains sesame, sunflower seeds, linseed and chia seeds and lots of seeds from certified organic farming. They are also particularly easy to prepare: without raising agents, the mixture can simply be mixed with water and baked after a short soaking time. We enjoy the result on the breakfast table, as an evening meal and as a delicious, crispy sandwich in between.

Storage and use conditions
Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
Preparation
Preparation for approx. 6 rolls:
You add:
350 ml lukewarm water
Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat).
Stir the mixture and the lukewarm water briefly in a bowl with a spoon or spatula.
Let the mixture swell for 5 minutes.
With moistened hands, form about 6 rolls from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the rolls slightly so that they are about 2 - 3 cm high.
Put the rolls in the preheated oven (middle rack) and bake at 220°C for approx. 35 minutes.
Allow the rolls to cool well on a wire rack before cutting.
