Description
The striking silhouette of the "Scala" collection immediately catches the eye. The key to the collection's elegance lies in the absolute precision of its proportions. "Scala" is a design by the illustrious Parisian designer and interior architect Stephane Parmentier for GioBagnara. He drew his inspiration from the famous heel of shoe designer Salvatore Ferragamo. This so-called "stacked" design can be found, for example, on Italian buildings.
The decorative "Scala" trays are made of the finest, scratch- and water-resistant calfskin. The water-repellent leather surface resists all kinds of stains and can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soap. Four small feet under the tray provide a slightly elevated position, almost giving the impression that the trays are floating.
The GioBagnara brand stands for individual, handcrafted home and table accessories from Italy. In our shop, we showcase a wide selection of leather colors and types from the GioBagnara brand. For custom orders and desired colors, please contact us by phone or email. We'd be happy to advise you.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your transaction will be settled in SAR. Therefore, your bank will not charge any fee for the foreign currency conversion.

Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr, our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
