Storage and Usage Instructions
Store replacement filter bags in their original sealed packaging in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight.
Soak the Rubin water filter bag in cold water for a few minutes. Then shake it gently to distribute the granules and allow any air to escape. Remove the lid of the reusable cartridge and gently press the filter bag into the sleeve. Replace the lid until you hear a click and firmly insert the cartridge into the watering can's inlet funnel, ensuring it is pressed down completely and no water can bypass the filter. Fill the filter cartridge with fresh tap water. If the water flow malfunctions, remove the cartridge, shake it again, and reinsert it into the inlet funnel.
Please use the first 2 liters of water only for watering plants, as the activated carbon may initially cause slight cloudiness in the filtered water. This is harmless. For certain groups of people (e.g., babies or people with weakened immune systems), it is recommended to boil tap water. This also applies to filtered water. If an official boil water advisory is issued, filtered water must also be boiled. After the boil water advisory has ended, the entire filter system and cartridge should be cleaned, and a new filter bag inserted. Use only treated, cold drinking water from your tap or microbiologically safe, tested water. Maximum temperature of the filtered water: 30°C (86°F). To change the filter bag, remove the lid of the cartridge housing and take out the used filter bag. To insert the new filter bag, please follow the instructions above. Dispose of the used filter bag with your household waste. The cartridge housing is dishwasher safe. For optimal filtration performance, we recommend changing the water filter bag every four weeks. After 2-3 filtration cycles within a short period of time, it is recommended to wait approximately 30 minutes before performing another filtration cycle.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
