Instructions for use:
Mix the dry sourdough starter at a ratio of approximately 10% to rye flour or 2% to wheat flour. After mixing with the remaining baking ingredients, allow the dough to rest and rise for approximately 30 minutes. For optimal baking results, use dry yeast at a ratio of 7–9 g per kilogram of flour when kneading.
