  • Omelets, scrambled eggs, egg dishes, fried eggs: Our egg and serving pan is perfect for these egg dishes and many more. It's the perfect size for omelets and other egg dishes. The iron core of the enamel pan distributes heat optimally and quickly across the pan's base, allowing you to reduce the heat rapidly, as egg dishes don't tolerate excessively high temperatures. Once the eggs are cooked, the pan, with its two handles, is ideal as a serving dish that can also be used for eating, as enamel is cut- and scratch-resistant. Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's a natural material. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of cooktops (gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction, and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is conducted quickly and then retained: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. It's flavor-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamelware will provide enjoyment for a long time and retain its characteristic shine. Uses: Our egg and serving pan can also be used as a small baking dish in the oven. Small quiches and tarte tatins have already been baked in it. Tip: To fry eggs in the enamel pan, you need butter or oil, but not excessively high temperatures. The best way to test this is to place a drop of the egg mixture into the egg and serving pan. It shouldn't immediately shrink back, as this indicates the pan is too hot. If nothing happens, the pan is too cold. Only when the drop forms a slight film has the pan reached the optimal temperature. Now pour in the entire mixture, reduce the heat slightly, as enamel retains heat, and wait until the omelet easily releases from the bottom of the pan. Only then should you flip the omelet.
