Integrated Uv protection additionally protects the eyes from harmful radiation. Thanks to its high physiological compatibility, getting used to this lens is effortless. Product Safety

A sterile contact lens containing 45% water and 55% silicone copolymer in a buffered, preservative-free saline solution enriched with hyaluronic acid. Do not use the lens if you have an eye condition or a contact lens allergy. Remove the lens if you experience pain or irritation while wearing it and consult an eye doctor. As a general rule, medicated eye drops should not be applied to contact lenses. For exceptions, consult your eye doctor.

Do not use the lens if it or the original case is damaged, the solution is not clear, or the expiration date has passed. Do not use lenses that have been used by other people. Remove the contact lenses before going to sleep. Pregnant women should follow the advice of their eye doctor. Keep out of the reach of children.

Attend regular eye exams and follow the advice of your doctor/optician. - If your vision is unstable due to dryness,

using moisturizing eye drops can help. - If your eyes are tired due to fatigue, lack of sleep, or prolonged reading, remove your lenses and relax your eyes. - Ensure that no soap, shampoo, spray,

or cosmetic products come into contact with the lenses. - Use a suitable product to disinfect and rinse your contact lenses and case.

Never use tap water, as this increases the risk of microbial infection, and do not rub the lenses with paper or glass cleaning wipes. - Be careful not to scratch the lenses with your fingernails. - Do not expose them to saliva or unsterile water, such as tap water, hot tubs, swimming pools,

showers, water sports, etc. (risk of microbial infection). - Do not wear lenses in the presence of harmful or irritating fumes/liquids, dust, or metal powder.

-Do not rub the contact lens with paper or glass cleaning wipes to avoid scratches, dirt,

or damage. -Uv protection does not replace wearing sunglasses. Consult your optician/ophthalmologist about cleaning, disinfection, and storage methods and be sure to follow the instructions on the packaging of the recommended care products. Contact lenses must be cleaned and disinfected in fresh solution immediately after wearing to kill harmful bacteria and fungi and prevent stubborn deposits from forming on the lens surface. Ensure that the lenses are always covered with storage solution in the case to prevent them from drying out.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
