Directions for use
Warm the bottles to body temperature. To do this, rub them lightly with your hands to fluidify the microemulsion. Apply it completely to the face, neck, and nape of the neck using a rotating massage and tapping motion until completely absorbed.
Treatment for very dry and dehydrated skin
Use up to 2 days a week for 4 weeks. Once the ampoule has been applied and the treatment has been completed, apply the silk serum.
Pre-treatment for the use of the beauty flash ampoules
Before using the beauty flash ampoule Postquam, we recommend superhydrating the skin with bioshock moisturizing Postquam. Apply one ampoule, leave on for 1 minute, and then apply a beauty flash ampoule from Postquam.
For visible and lasting results, extend the treatment from 4 to 6 weeks. Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin, thanks to its presence of chamomile extracts.

Warm the vials to body temperature. Rub them lightly with your hands to fluidify the microemulsion. Apply it completely to the face, neck, and nape of the neck, using a rotating massage and tapping motions until completely absorbed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.
