Simply mix the powder with water and watch it turn into Vegejko after a while!
Vegejko has a long shelf life and doesn't take up any space in the fridge! It's worth having them always on hand.
One pack makes 32 vegetable or vegetable egg yolks. The pack contains two measuring cups: 5 ml and 25 ml.
What can you use vEGGs for?
Use it in dishes and desserts where the egg is used to bind the ingredients.
Perfect for pancakes, crepes, burgers, cookies, cakes, and breadcrumbs.
Vegetable eggs can also be used as egg yolks, for example, in pudding or crème brûlée. Use as many vegan VEGGs as indicated in the recipe.
You cannot make scrambled eggs, omelets, or fried eggs with this VEGGs product.
PREPARATION
1 Vegetable egg: Pour 50 ml of water (2 large scoops) into a container, add 5 ml of VEGGs powder (1 small flat scoop) and mix vigorously. Let it stand for 3 minutes and use as an egg.
1 Vegetable Egg Yolk: Put 25 ml of water (1 large scoop) into a container, add 5 ml of veGGs powder (1 small flat scoop) and 5 ml of oil (1 small scoop). Mix vigorously. Let it stand for 3 minutes and use as an egg yolk.
