OneTouch Select Plus test strips are for single use only.
OneTouch Select Plus test strips are used with the OneTouch Select Plus family of blood glucose monitoring systems (OneTouch Select Plus) for the quantitative measurement of glucose (sugar) in fresh, fingertip-pricked capillary whole blood samples.
The OneTouch Select Plus family of blood glucose monitoring systems are intended for use by a single patient and must not be shared.

Intended Use:
- For the quantitative measurement of glucose (sugar) in fresh, fingertip-plucked capillary whole blood samples
- For use with the OneTouch Select Plus family of blood glucose monitoring systems
- For single use
Instructions for Use:
Inserting a test strip to turn on the monitoring system:
Insert a test strip into the test strip holder with the contact strips facing you.
No separate coding step is required for the monitoring system.
When the display shows "Apply Blood," you can apply your blood sample to the test strip.
Applying Blood and Reading Results:
1. Preparing to apply the blood sample:
Hold your outstretched finger still and move the monitoring system with the test strip toward the drop of blood.
2. Applying the blood sample:
Align the test strip and the drop of blood so that the narrow channel at the edge of the test strip almost touches the edge of the blood drop.
Gently bring the channel into contact with the edge of the blood drop.
3. Wait until the confirmation window is completely filled:
The drop of blood will be drawn into the narrow channel; the confirmation window should fill completely.
When the confirmation window is full, this means you have applied enough blood.
The "Countdown" indicator will appear. Remove the test strip from the drop of blood and wait until the measuring system has counted back to zero (approximately 5 seconds).
Precautions:
Store in a cool, dry place between 5 and 30°C.
Do not refrigerate.
Protect from direct sunlight and heat.
To avoid the risk of contamination and damage, store the test strips only in the original tube.
Do not open the test strip tube until you are ready to remove a test strip and perform a measurement.
Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the tube. This applies particularly to environments with high humidity.
Do not use bent or damaged test strips.
Ensure that the tube cap is tightly closed immediately after removal to prevent contamination and damage.
Do not bend, cut, or alter the test strip in any way.
The test strips are for single use only. Test strips that have been treated with blood or control solution must not be reused.
Ensure that no liquids, dirt, dust, blood, or control solution get into the test strip or the test strip holder.
Make sure your blood glucose meter and test strips are at approximately the same temperature before performing a test.
Do not put the used test strip back into the tube after a measurement.
Do not use the test strips after the expiration date.
Use only OneTouch Select Plus test strips.
Unlike other blood glucose meters, the OneTouch Select Plus system does not require a separate coding step.
Do not perform tests if condensation has formed on your meter.
Take your meter and test strips to a cool, dry place and wait until the surface of the meter is dry before testing.
Store the test strips in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 30°C.
Only open the test strip tube when you are ready to remove a test strip and take a measurement.
Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the tube.
Replace the cap tightly on the test strip tube immediately after removal to prevent contamination or damage.
Store unused test strips only in the original tube.
Do not put the test strip back into the tube after a measurement.
Never use a test strip that has previously had blood or control solution applied to it.
Test strips are for single use only.
Do not take a measurement if the test strip is bent or damaged.
Test strips can be handled anywhere with dry, clean hands.
Do not bend, cut, or otherwise alter the test strips.
Do not use the test strip if the tube is damaged or has been left open.
The test strip tube contains Desiccants that are harmful if inhaled or swallowed and can cause skin and eye irritation.
Do not use the test strips after the expiry date printed on the tube.
Never apply blood to the top of the test strip.
Never hold the measuring system and the test strip under the drops of blood.
This could cause blood to flow into the test strip holder and damage the measuring system. Do not allow blood to enter the data output.
Do not press the test strip too hard against the puncture site, as this will prevent the channel from filling properly.
Do not smear the blood drop with the test strip or scrape it off your finger.
Do not apply blood a second time after you have broken contact between the test strip and the blood drop.
Do not move the test strip within the measuring system during the measurement process, as this will cause the device to switch off.
Do not remove the test strip before the result is displayed, as this will cause the device to switch off.
If the blood sample does not completely fill the confirmation window, you may receive an "Error 5" message or an incorrect measurement result. Discard the test strip and start the measurement process again.
Never make immediate changes to your treatment based on range indicators that appear with your measurement results. Treatment decisions should be made based on the numerical values of the results and the doctor's recommendations, and not solely on the information provided by the area display. Contents: 50 pieces

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.
