Description

The Nelson Bubble Ball Wall Lamp by Hay was designed by George Nelson and is a light and airy wall lamp with a walnut wall bracket and nickel details. Thanks to the steel arm, the wall light can be adjusted both in height and sideways. A decorative pull switch in the form of a ball chain hangs under the lampshade, which has a matching walnut button at the end. The American designer George Nelson designed the beautiful lamp back in 1947 after being inspired by a pair of Swedish silk pendant lamps. It turned out that they had a very complicated manufacturing process and Nelson wanted to develop his own version.

The idea to design the Bubble lamp came after he saw ships stored under a thin, spider web-like protective fabric that was applied over the ships with a special spray. Within a day, Nelson had made a round metal frame and contacted the company that made the spray. The rest, as they say,

is history. The result was the unique Bubble lamp, which spreads a soft glow thanks to its thin, even material. The pendant lamp was a real success and has since become one of George Nelson's most iconic lamps.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
