MariaSole's organic Caffè Espresso is made from 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robusta beans. These are organically grown. The beans are traditionally roasted in a drum over a wood fire. This allows the aromas and essential oils to develop slowly and intensively.
The taste of the organic Caffè Espresso is harmonious and sparkling. Notes of nuts harmonize with the sweetness of caramel and roasted grains. A nuance of tangy fruit also gives the espresso a complex aroma. Not only the contents are high-quality, but also the packaging! The espresso comes in a great metal tin with an attractive design. This can be reused even after the coffee has been enjoyed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

The following are the refund timeliness associated with each payment method.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your transaction will be settled in SAR. Therefore, your bank will not charge any fee for the foreign currency conversion.

How Credit Card/Debit Card works?

Choose Credit Card/Debit Card as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr, our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
