Baking instructions - in the oven
Knead 1/2 a package of bread baking mix and 330ml (or a whole package and 660ml) of lukewarm water for about 10 minutes until you have an elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. With floured hands, shape the bread or rolls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, or fill the dough into a greased loaf pan. Let rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes. Brush the surface with water, cut into pieces and bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (fan oven 270°C). After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature by 30 degrees.
Baking times:
1 loaf from 1kg baking mix: 55-70 mins.
1 loaf from 500g baking mix: 45-60 mins.
Rolls: 15-25 mins.
How to use a bread maker
First add 340ml of water (20-25 degrees), then 1/2 a pack of bread mix to the bread maker's kneading pan. Start baking program (not a whole grain program)
