a brand that boasts over 100 years of history. All Klimchi glassware is handmade in the small town of Kamenický Šenov, considered the mecca of glassmaking.

Over the centuries, the town has become the cradle of world-renowned glass production and design. Bohemian glass is recognized as a mark of quality, a glassmaking tradition found nowhere else. The history of glassmaking, the Klimchi Studio factory, and the town itself begins in the 16th century,

when, lacking agricultural opportunities in the rocky, forested land, the locals sought alternative means of support for their families. They naturally experimented with glass, which transformed the landscape of the region over the following centuries. The local craft continued to evolve, and the town gained renown for the high quality of its glass production.

French engineers,

who had built the Eiffel Tower, were invited to construct the factory's steel structures, and even after more than 100 years, the Klimchi Studio factory remains one of the region's most historic and beautiful buildings.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
