Our tip: We recommend using a seat cushion to protect the natural rattan weave. The Viennese wickerwork of this product requires special care, especially in heated rooms. To maintain the elasticity of the rattan weave during the colder months, it is necessary to lightly spray the underside of the weave with water or rub it with a damp cloth 2-3 times per heating season. This minimizes small cracks and breaks in the fibers of the braid. The product arrives fully assembled and can be used immediately after unpacking.

Product Safety

To protect your floors and extend the life of your bench, pouf, or stool, regularly check the legs and clean the felt glides by carefully removing dust, crumbs, and hair. Replace the glides as soon as the first signs of wear appear. You can clean unpadded surfaces with a soft cloth lightly dampened with a mild soap solution; dry the surface immediately afterward. Avoid abrasive cleaners,

as they can damage the surface. For models with plastic or Teflon glides, ensure there is no dirt or small stones underneath to prevent scratching the floor.

We also recommend thoroughly inspecting the furniture at least four times a year and tightening any loose screws as needed to ensure stability and longevity.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
