Active ingredientsDerma Membrane Concentrate is the basis of this special care product. It contains exclusively skin-related lipids of plant origin, namely phospholipids,

triglycerides, squalane, ceramides, and phytosterols. Due to its special lamellar structure, it is very similar to the skin's natural barrier layers and is accepted and integrated by the skin. Derma Membrane Concentrate specifically supports the skin's natural barrier function, reduces skin roughness,

and significantly increases elasticity and moisture content. Blueberry fruit extract is obtained from the fruits of the blueberry bush (Vaccinium myrtillus).

Traditionally, the berries and leaves are used as a mild astringent for irritated and reddened skin. The blueberry is also known as a medicinal plant with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, as the juice contains, among other substances, tannins, ursolic acid,

vitamin C, and bioflavonoids. Plant-based cleansing extracts. We use a plant complex with saponin-rich extracts from the fruits of the desert date palm (Balanites aegyptiaca), the root of baby's breath (Gypsophila paniculata), and the fruits of the shikakai tree (Acacia concinna). In phytotherapy, all three plants are used for gentle, natural cleansing of skin and hair.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
