Beets, butter, cream, sugar, flour, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, and salt are all ingredients you don't need. Now we'll tell you what to do next! Wash and boil the beets, then grate them. Heat the butter in a pan, add the flour and a pinch of salt, and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the roux from burning. Add the softened grated beetroot to the roux and mix everything thoroughly. Add the lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper, a dash of vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of cream to the mixture.
