Preparation:
For best results, prepare the donuts in a pan. All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Knead 500g of mix, 215ml water, and 65ml (55g) vegetable oil using a mixer fitted with a dough hook for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm.
Cut out the donuts and let them rest for 25 minutes.
Preheat the pan to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Pan: Bake the donuts for about 90 seconds on each side until golden. Oven: Place the donuts in a donut pan and bake for about 12 minutes until golden.
Then cover with melted butter and decorate as desired.
