Description
A successful symbiosis of aesthetics and function: In cooperation with Sieger Design, the Fürstenberg porcelain manufactory developed a deluxe dinner service. "Emperor's Garden" evokes the magic of Chinese porcelain art with a dazzling array of colors and hand-gilded motifs, yet remains entirely unique in its interpretation.
The extensive range of bowls, plates, cups, and accessories is also exceptional. All pieces are versatile and combinable thanks to a system of finely coordinated sizes, shapes, and dimensions. For example, the radii of the cylindrical bowls are designed to fit precisely into the recesses of the rimmed plates. The cloches can be combined with rimmed plates as well as cylindrical and round bowls, and can also be used as bowls simply by turning them upside down. All seven (!) cup shapes can be combined with three saucers – the choice is entirely up to personal taste. "Emperor's Garden" offers the host the opportunity to become an imaginative creator of ever-new table settings.

Product Safety

Cleaning: White Fürstenberg porcelain without decoration, as well as most (multicolored) decorations, are dishwasher safe. Porcelain with precious metal decorations is dishwasher safe, however, hand washing is recommended. Hand-painted decorations should only be washed by hand. Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Do not use the abrasive side, as it can damage the decorations.

When using a dishwasher,

select a low-temperature program and do not exceed the recommended amount of detergent. Ensure that the pieces do not touch each other in the dishwasher and allow steam to escape after the program has finished. Avoid temperature shocks. To prevent friction when stacking, we recommend using dividers (e.g., "Artedona" plate covers).
Microwave: Dinnerware without gold or platinum decoration: suitable for microwave use.

Dinnerware with gold or platinum decoration: not suitable for microwave use due to the high precious metal content.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
