This emulsion soothes sensitive scalps, relieves itching and redness, and helps prevent further skin infections. Specially developed for babies, this emulsion contains neither fragrances nor alcohol, making it particularly gentle on the delicate skin of newborns. Ducray Kelual Emulsion is characterized by the following properties: The ingredients Keluamid® and Lactamid Mea are mild desquamators that also relieve itching and redness. The emulsion also contains moisturizing ingredients specially formulated for babies' sensitive skin and vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant to protect against free radicals.

Thus,

the emulsion helps to gently remove cradle cap while simultaneously moisturizing and soothing the scalp. Its hypoallergenic, alcohol- and perfume-free formula makes it ideal for infants prone to skin irritations. The combination of ingredients ensures that the baby's scalp is protected and cared for. The emulsion can be used for daily baby care. It should be applied thickly to the affected scalp.

After a 20-minute application time, the flakes can be gently brushed out with a special baby brush. A shampoo wash with Ducray Extra Mild is then recommended. What exactly is cradle cap? Cradle cap, often called seborrheic dermatitis, is a harmless but bothersome condition that frequently occurs in infants. The Kelual emulsion offers a gentle and effective solution to relieve discomfort and improve the appearance of the scalp.

Cradle cap (seborrheic dermatitis in infants) should not be confused with atopic dermatitis in infants, which is also commonly called "cradle cap" but is a far more serious dermatological problem. Is Ducray Kelual Emulsion also suitable for adults? Absolutely,

because what's good for sensitive baby skin is also safe for adults. It's suitable for mild cases of seborrheic dermatitis. For more severe cases, it's better to use specialized products such as Kelual Ds Cream.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.

The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.
