Instructions for use
The package contains: 415g baking mix 15g decorative sugar You will need: Springform pan (Ø 26cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker A little grease Baking paper And you add: 200g whipping cream 3 eggs (size M) 1 Preparation Grease the springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: about 160°C Fan: about 140°C The Dr. Oetker test kitchen recommends baking the lemon cloud using top/bottom heat. 2 Prepare the dough Put the baking mix in a mixing bowl. Add the cream and eggs, and mix with a mixer (beaters) briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 3 minutes until you have a smooth dough. Pour the batter into the tin and smooth it out. Sift half of the decorative sugar directly onto the batter. 3 Bake Place the tin on the oven rack. Position: lower third Baking time: approx. 45-50 mins. After 45 minutes, test for doneness. To do this, pierce the center of the cake with a wooden skewer. If the skewer is dry and no batter sticks to it, the cake is done. Immediately and carefully loosen the sides of the springform pan using a table knife and remove. Allow the cake to cool on the springform pan base on a wire rack. Turn the cake out onto a chopping board or flat plate lined with baking paper and carefully peel off the baking paper that came with it. Place the cake plate on top of the cake and turn it back. Sprinkle with the remaining decorative sugar before serving.
