Instructions for use
This is what the package contains: 400 g baking mix 85 g mixture for the topping: custard cream powder vanilla flavor You will need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker a little fat And you add: 1 jar sour cherries (drained weight 350 g) 100 g soft butter or margarine 1 egg (size M) 250 ml milk 1 Preparation and preparing the dough Drain the cherries well in a sieve. Grease the springform pan. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C Fan oven: about 160°C Put the baking mix in a mixing bowl, add the butter or margarine and the egg. Using a mixer (beaters), mix everything on the lowest speed until crumbly. Note: The crumbles will be fine at first; the longer the mixing time, the coarser the crumble will be. Spread half of the crumble on the bottom of the springform pan and press it down firmly to form a base. 2 Put the pudding cream and milk in a mixing bowl. Add the topping mixture and whisk everything until smooth. Spread the cream immediately on the base, leaving a 1cm edge free. Distribute the cherries evenly over the cream. 3 Bake Sprinkle the remaining crumble up to the edge of the springform pan. Place the pan on the rack in the oven. Position: bottom third. Baking time: about 50 mins. Allow the cake to cool in the pan on a wire rack. Remove cake from tin using a knife.
