Instructions for use & application
1. Briefly whip 200 - 250g of cold whipped cream in a mixing bowl using a mixer (beaters). 2. Whip the cream stabilizer with Dr. Mix Oetker Vanillin Sugar and sugar to taste and sprinkle in while whisking continuously. 3. Whip the cream until the desired consistency and refrigerate until ready to serve. It will stay firm for several hours.
