Instructions for use & application:
1. Grease the base of the springform pan. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: approx. 170°C, fan: approx. 150°C. Put the baking mix for the base, margarine, eggs and milk into a mixing bowl. Mix everything briefly with a hand mixer on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 3 minutes. Smooth the batter in the springform pan. 2. Place the pan on the rack in the lower third of the oven. Baking time: approx. 30 minutes. Loosen the edge of the springform pan. Remove the cake from the base of the springform pan, but let it cool on a wire rack. Place the cooled base on a cake plate. Use a tablespoon to hollow out the base 1/2 cm deep, leaving a 1 cm wide edge. Roughly crumble the remaining biscuit crumbs in a bowl. 3. Peel the bananas, then halve them lengthwise and spread the flat side down on the hollowed-out base. First, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Whisk the topping mix and water in a mixing bowl for 1/2 minute until smooth, then immediately fold in the cream in two portions. Spread the cream in a dome shape over the base, right up to the edges, and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs (press down slightly if necessary). Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
