Instructions for use
For preparation you need 500g quark, 300g yogurt, 250g soft margarine or butter and 4 eggs as well as a little wheat flour. Just bake for about 55 minutes and the delicious, traditional cheesecake is ready. This is what the package contains: 300g baking mix for the dough 270g mix for the topping 10g decorative sugar You will also need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker a little fat a little wheat flour Just add: 250g soft butter (or 100g margarine and 150g butter) 4 eggs (size M) 500g quark (low fat) 300g yogurt 1 Preparation and prepare the dough Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C Fan: about 160°C Grease springform pan. Put the baking mix for the dough into a mixing bowl, add 100g butter or margarine and 1 egg. Mix everything with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest speed until crumbles. Spread 2/3 of the crumbles on the bottom of the springform pan using a tablespoon and press into a base. Knead the remaining crumbles into a smooth dough and shape into a roll on a lightly floured surface. Place the rolling pin on the dough base as the edge and press it onto the pan to create a 3cm high edge. 2 Topping Melt 150g butter. Put the topping mixture into a mixing bowl. Add 3 eggs, quark and yogurt. Mix everything with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest speed until smooth. Stir in the melted butter on the lowest speed. Pour the mixture into the tin and smooth it out. 3 Bake. Place the tin on the rack in the oven. Insertion: lower third. Baking time: approx. 55 min. Allow the cake to cool in the tin on a wire rack. Only then can the cake be removed from the tin using a knife. Sprinkle with decorative sugar just before serving.
