The History of the Djembe
The goblet-shaped body of the djembe is usually covered with goatskin and was originally made from a hollowed-out tree trunk; today it usually consists of wooden frames or fiberglass. Djembes were made in West Africa by the Malinke people; they reached Europe between the 1940s and 1960s. The drum can be played while seated (on a chair or the djembe itself) as well as while standing, in which case it is suspended around the upper body and neck using a strap. Djembes are characterized by a wide range of sounds, from deep bass strokes in the center of the instrument to higher, open strokes on the rim and the so-called whip-like slap. Further variations can be produced by lightly tapping the drum with the fingers or by rapidly alternating strokes with the index and middle fingers. Rhythmic sound in full resonance. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
