Between sky and sea. The "Waves & Clouds" dinnerware set is a collaboration between Hering Berlin and designer César Giraldo. This evocative collection adorns the delicate porcelain of the Berlin master manufactory with two blue designs that, in harmonious unity, captivate the senses. A photorealistic wave design draws the eye into the depths of the sea, while an expressive cloud design lets the mind soar among the clouds. Compose your own personal symphony of boundless freedom with "Waves & Clouds."
An innovative technique fuses the printed wave design with the glaze. The intense contrast between the glossy, deep blue waves on the glazed plate surfaces and the white bisque porcelain of the plate rims emphasizes the sensual refinement of the delicate textures. The soft cloud design, in turn, floats in powdery tones, like the reflection of the sky on the matte bisque surfaces. Both designs invite creative mix-and-matching with other Hering Berlin tableware sets to create blue compositions and maritime themes. Studio Hering Berlin creates porcelain entirely by hand, adhering to the highest quality standards. Designer Stefanie Hering's sophisticated designs appear effortless yet are incredibly demanding in terms of craftsmanship. A hallmark of the manufactory is the masterful interplay of contrasts between glazed surfaces and matte bisque porcelain. Product Safety

Cleaning: Bisque porcelain is dishwasher safe. Remove stubborn residues by soaking in soapy water and cleaning with the scouring pad of a sponge. Use abrasive cleaners only on unglazed surfaces. Hand washing is recommended for bisque porcelain with precious metal decoration; some decorations are dishwasher safe. Use a soft sponge and mild detergent, not the abrasive side.

When using a dishwasher, select a low-temperature program and the recommended amount of detergent. Ensure that the pieces do not touch each other and that steam can escape after the program has finished. Avoid temperature shocks. To prevent friction when stacking, we recommend using dividers (e.g., "Artedona" plate covers).
Microwave: Dinnerware without gold, silver,

or platinum decoration: suitable for microwave use.

Dinnerware with gold, silver, or platinum decoration: not suitable for microwave use due to the high precious metal content.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your transaction will be settled in SAR. Therefore, your bank will not charge any fee for the foreign currency conversion.
