Description
Sparkling: The "Bubbles" champagne flutes from Saint-Louis are the perfect glasses for special moments. The artfully engraved pattern is just as eye-catching as the extra-long, intricately crafted stems with hand-cut and layered glass beads.
The exquisite "Bubbles" champagne flutes are designed by the English artist Teleri Ann Jones and come from the world-renowned Cristallerie Saint-Louis.
They are part of the "Bubbles" collection, which has been met with great acclaim since its initial launch in 1992.
The rich heritage of the French Saint-Louis manufactory is also evident in the elaborate production process. It takes up to five days to complete a "Bubbles" champagne flute, during which eight artisans work on the mold and five on the polishing. Product Safety

It is recommended to clean by hand with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Place glasses on a paper towel, allow to drip dry, and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Do not put products with gold or platinum decorations in the dishwasher, do not use white vinegar, and dry thoroughly; do not use abrasive materials, bleach, or rubber.
Clean carafes and jugs with lukewarm water; do not allow wine to stand. To remove tannin or limescale deposits, use equal parts white vinegar and lukewarm water. Place a sheet of paper towel in the neck to dry.
Pre-warm tea glasses and pre-chill ice buckets to avoid temperature shock.
Note for candle holders: to avoid thermal shock, change the candle when the flame is 6 cm from the crystal. It is recommended to use a candle snuffer.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
