For about 15 years, the family-run company Capdeco has been producing high-quality cutlery based on a long tradition of craftsmanship. Capdeco is based in the French city of Thiers, which has been known worldwide for its artisanal knife-making workshops ("Coutelleries") for centuries.

Product Safety

"Cambridge" is dishwasher safe.
Please note the following instructions: Never allow food residue to dry on the cutlery for extended periods, especially on the knife blades. Acidic foods, in particular, can attack the stainless steel and lead to surface rust. (Superficial rust stains can be removed with stainless steel cleaner.) Spoons should not be left in coffee or tea (especially black tea) for long, as this can discolor the plastic handles of the cutlery. Open your dishwasher soon after the wash cycle has finished to allow steam and heat to escape.

Dry the cutlery with a tea towel to prevent water spots and streaks. We have been carrying Cambridge very successfully in our product range for many years. As with any everyday item, some wear and tear over the years is unavoidable,

but this does not constitute a product defect.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

The following are the refund timeliness associated with each payment method.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your transaction will be settled in SAR. Therefore, your bank will not charge any fee for the foreign currency conversion.

Choose Credit Card/Debit Card as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr, our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
