Description

Cake Masters baking mix for delicious Berlin pancakes. Easily bake fluffy Berliners at home. The baking mix is sufficient for baking approximately 16 Berliners.
Preparation of Berliners
(Package contents: 488g baking mix, 12g yeast)
You will also need: 2 eggs (125g whole egg), 55g soft butter or margarine, 100ml water (approx. 26°C) and vegetable fat for frying.
Preparation by hand:
Mix flour and yeast in a bowl.
Add water, soft butter or margarine and egg.
Knead with a food processor or hand mixer, first slowly for 2 minutes and then quickly for 8 minutes.
Cover and let the dough rest at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes.
Preparation in a bread and cake maker:
Put water, soft butter or margarine and egg into the baking pan.
Place the baking mix including yeast on top.
Select Program 18 and start the program.
After Preparation: Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces (approx. 50g), shape into rounds, and place seam-down on a lightly floured towel. Press the donuts down lightly, cover, and let rise for 60-90 minutes, until the dough has significantly increased in volume.
Heat the frying fat in a deep fryer, pan, or shallow roasting pan to 170°C. Place the donuts in the hot fat bath and bake for 2.5 minutes on each side with the lid closed. Then bake for 1 minute on each side with the lid open.
Allow the finished Berliners to drain on a paper towel (kitchen paper), fill as desired and either sprinkle with sugar immediately or decorate with glaze and sprinkles after cooling.

Wheat flour, yeast, dextrose, lactose, table salt, soy flour, pregelatinized corn flour, whey powder, wheat gluten, emulsifiers (mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (rapeseed, palm), rapeseed lecithin), egg white powder, anti-caking agents (calcium phosphate, diphosphates), flavorings, flour treatment agent ascorbic acid, enzymes.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.
