Description
Only the finest apples are used to make clear Byodo apple cider vinegar (5% acidity). These are pressed, and the apple cider is then fermented into vinegar at warm temperatures. This process is known as continuous vinegar fermentation. To achieve its brilliant golden-yellow color, this apple cider vinegar is then simply filtered. It has a wonderfully fresh, fruity flavor, making it a wonderful addition to chutneys and hearty salads.
Like all Byodo vinegars, it is completely natural and neither heated nor sulfurized. This deliciously preserves valuable enzymes and flavors. Cloudiness or deposits at the bottom of the bottle, as well as possible flake formation, do not indicate a loss of quality. Quite the opposite! They indicate the natural production method of this organic product. So-called "mothers of vinegar" can simply be strained out, and the vinegar can be used as usual.

With its fresh, fruity flavor, the clear Byodo apple cider vinegar goes very well with all kinds of chutneys and crisp salads. This fine vinegar made from juicy apples is also wonderful for pickling meat and vegetables.

Information on production: Byodo vinegar is generally made from alcohol, i.e., depending on the variety, from red wine, raspberry wine, grain alcohol, etc. The alcohol is then poured into large fermentation vats and slowly fermented into vinegar using vinegar bacteria and oxygen at a pleasantly warm temperature of around 25°C. Experts call this a continuous process. Byodo vinegar is not heated in order to preserve valuable enzymes and flavors. The raw materials come exclusively from 100% cultivation.
