Byodo Byodo Apple Cider Vinegar Clear 5% Acidity 0.5l. Only fine apples are used for the clear Byodo Apple Cider Vinegar (5% acidity). These are pressed, and the apple juice is then fermented into vinegar at warm temperatures. This process is referred to as continuous vinegar fermentation. To achieve its brilliant golden-yellow color, this apple cider vinegar is then simply filtered. It has a wonderfully fresh, fruity flavor and is therefore a wonderful addition to chutneys and hearty salads. Like all Byodo vinegars, it is completely natural and unheated. This deliciously preserves valuable enzymes and flavors. Cloudiness or deposits at the bottom of the bottle, as well as possible flake formation, do not indicate a loss of quality. Quite the opposite! They indicate the natural production method of this organic product. So-called "vinegar mothers" can simply be sieved out and the vinegar used as normal.

Information on production
Byodo vinegar is basically made from alcohol, i.e., depending on the variety, from red wine, raspberry wine, grain alcohol, etc. The alcohol is filled into large fermentation vats and slowly fermented into vinegar using vinegar bacteria and oxygen at a pleasantly warm temperature of around 25 degrees Celsius. Experts refer to this as a continuous process. Byodo vinegar is not heated to preserve valuable enzymes and flavors.

The resulting apple cider is first fermented into cider and then undergoes further fermentation to mature into naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar. This deliciously preserves valuable enzymes and flavors.
