Description
Byodo apple cider vinegar has a sweet and sour taste and a fruity, soft aroma. Apple cider vinegar makes a healthy contribution to your daily diet: compared to other vinegars, it contains many minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and pectins, which make it particularly valuable. Byodo apple cider vinegar is made from Lake Constance apples. The freshness and full juice of whole apples are processed into cider, which forms the basis for this apple cider vinegar. The best quality and the natural production method give the vinegar its fruity, soft, typical apple cider vinegar flavor. The naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar is bottled after production. Filtering is deliberately avoided in order to preserve as many vital nutrients as possible in the product. Byodo vinegar is neither heated nor sulfurized. Therefore, cloudiness or deposits do not represent a quality impairment, but rather are a sign of purity and naturalness.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. This product should be stored out of the reach of small children. Not suitable for pregnant women and children. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded; excessive consumption can be hazardous to your health. To achieve a positive effect, you should adhere to the recommended intake.
Only local apple varieties are used to produce our naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar*, naturally cloudy*. Information on production: Byodo vinegar is generally made from alcohol, i.e., depending on the variety, from red wine, raspberry wine, grain alcohol, etc. The alcohol is then poured into large fermentation vats and slowly fermented into vinegar using vinegar bacteria and oxygen at a pleasantly warm temperature of around 25°C. Experts refer to this as a continuous process. Byodo vinegar is not heated in order to preserve valuable enzymes and flavors. The raw materials come exclusively from 100% cultivation.
