Description
Biovegan My Chocolate Cake is a cake mix that allows you to quickly and easily make a gluten-free and vegan chocolate cake.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-assisted or conventional heat and grease the baking tin well.
Put the baking mix, soy drink, and margarine into a mixing bowl. Briefly mix everything with a hand mixer fitted with a whisk on low speed. Then beat for another 2 minutes on high speed until the mixture is creamy and fluffy. Pour the batter into the loaf tin and smooth it out slightly.
Bake the chocolate cake on the middle rack for approx. 50 minutes at 180°C fan-assisted or approx. 60 minutes at 180°C conventional heat. At the end of the baking time, test the cake for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer into the center of the cake. If the batter sticks to the skewer, extend the baking time by about 5 minutes if necessary and try again.
Let the cake rest in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then turn it out of the pan and let it cool completely on the rack.
NOTE: You can also make the chocolate cake with other plant-based drinks. Please note that the consistency may vary when using other plant-based drinks. We recommend using soy drink for this preparation.
TIP: Your cake will be even more chocolatey if you cover it with chocolate glaze after it has cooled.
