Description
With the Biovegan My Focaccia bread mix, you've found a quick and easy-to-prepare bread mix. The bread mix is ​​vegan and gluten-free.
Preparation:
Pour your bread mix into a mixing bowl, combine it with the dry yeast, and then add the water and half of the oil. Knead everything thoroughly – first on low speed for 1 minute and then for 4 minutes on the highest speed with your hand mixer.
Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-assisted oven or 225°C top/bottom heat and place an ovenproof dish filled with water in the oven.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and, using a dough scraper, shape it into a rectangle approximately 25 x 30 cm in size. Let the dough rest for another 15 minutes.
Press the halved cocktail tomatoes into the dough, drizzle with the remaining oil, and sprinkle with salt and herbs.
Bake your focaccia for 25 minutes using fan-assisted oven or for 35 minutes using conventional oven.
Enjoy your focaccia after it has cooled slightly on a rack.
TIP: You can also add other ingredients to your focaccia, such as olives, paprika, or feta (substitute).
