Description
With the Biovegan My Ciabatta bread mix, you've found a quick and easy-to-prepare bread mix. The bread mix is ​​vegan and gluten-free.
Preparation:
1. Pour the bread mix into a mixing bowl, mix it with the dry yeast, then add the water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Knead everything thoroughly – first on low speed for 1 minute and then for 4 minutes on the highest speed using your hand mixer.
2. Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-assisted or 225°C top/bottom heat and place an ovenproof dish filled with water in the oven.
4. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the dough, turn it out onto a work surface, and shape it into two rectangles approximately 15 x 20 cm in size. Fold each long side of the dough in about 2/3 and fold the other side over it.
5. Place the dough, smooth side up, on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rise again for about 15 minutes.
6. Sprinkle both ciabatta loaves with flour and bake for 30 minutes using fan-assisted oven or for 40 minutes using top/bottom heat.
7. After baking, let the breads cool slightly on a rack before enjoying them.
