PREPARATION METHOD < You will need: 480 ml water, 6 tablespoons (60 ml) vinegar (e.g. apple cider vinegar), baking pan (20 cm or 25 cm), wooden spoon, optional: seeds/seeds for sprinkling
1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C with fan or 210 °C with top/bottom heat. Grease the baking pan well. Now boil 480 ml of water.
2. Place the bread mix in a bowl, pour in boiling water, then vinegar, and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
3. After one minute, knead the dough well again.
4. Now place the dough in the greased baking pan, press firmly and smooth it out.
5. Let the dough rise in the baking pan for 30 minutes.
6. Bake the bread in a preheated oven for 75 minutes with fan-assisted cooking or 85 minutes with top/bottom heat.
7. Let the bread cool on the rack before eating.
