Description
Anyone can buy oat bread. Making it yourself is something completely different. The smell of freshly baked bread always has a cozy feel to it. Don't you agree? It's all the more wonderful that we can easily conjure up this aroma in your home with our crusty bread. Simply mix the crusty bread mix with water and yeast. Let it rise briefly. And off it goes in the oven. It's gluten-free, by the way, and made from whole grain local oats, ground in our Bauckhof mill. A real whole grain oat bread with a nice, firm crust. Our mouths are already watering. And rightly so: The mild flavor of Bauckhof oat bread is convincing - and goes just as well with sweet as with savory dishes. So it's the ideal bread for breakfast, dinner, and between meals.

Wholegrain oat flour (gluten-free)* (34%), corn starch*, wholegrain brown millet flour*, wholegrain buckwheat flour*, potato starch*, buckwheat sourdough powder* (buckwheat flour*), sea salt, thickener: xanthan gum, ground psyllium husks*.
DESCRIPTION
Gluten-free mix for baking bread made from oat flour.
PREPARATION
Briefly knead the contents of the package, 1 sachet of dried yeast and 500 ml of lukewarm water and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or in a greased baking pan (25°C x 10 cm).
Smooth the dough with a moistened spatula and sprinkle with rice flour (1-2 tablespoons). Let the bread rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250°C (top and bottom heat). Bake the bread for 10 minutes at 250°C on the middle rack, then reduce the baking temperature to 220°C and bake for another 50 minutes.
