Description
With the Bauckhof gluten-free tarte flambée, you have found a baking mix for a gluten-free and vegan tarte flambée.
Preparation: Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Combine water, oil, and vinegar in a bowl and add 1 sachet of baking mix. Knead the ingredients with a hand mixer or by hand until you have a smooth dough. Place baking paper on the work surface and dust with flour or starch. Roll out the dough thinly (1 to 2 mm). When the dough has reached the size of a baking sheet, the dough thickness is ideal. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet with baking paper and top it as desired. Bake the tarte flambée for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, depending on the thickness of the topping.
