Instructions for handling and storage
Once opened, keep the package refrigerated and tightly sealed. Consume promptly. For the full development of the delicate green tea aroma, please use a water filter or bottled water. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Best before end: see additional label, bottom right.
Our high-quality, distinctive Satsuma tea grows on volcanic soil in the traditional tea gardens of Kyushu, in the highlands of the Kagoshima region at the southernmost tip of Japan.
The most important criterion in its production is preserving the valuable components of the fresh tea leaves. Thus, Satsuma tea contains all the active ingredients of the fresh tea leaf in virtually unchanged form, which is evident in its aromatic, delicate fragrance and soft light green color. The harvest season is determined by the different climatic periods, which influence the seasonal qualities of the various harvests.

The Allos Satsuma Divine Tea Tenka-Ichi is a genuine Japanese green tea of the highest quality: a semi-shaded green tea from the first harvest. Only the tender buds and youngest leaves of the first green growth in spring are used for this semi-shaded tea. These develop an incomparably fresh, fragrant green tea aroma of high intensity and yield. A special processing method ensures that the delicate aroma is preserved as much as possible. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.
