Description

Discover our innovative Préférence expertise now at Vivid Colors. The formula features a blend of powerful dyes selected by our hair dye experts for high-intensity, shimmering colours. The gel texture is suitable for all hair types and allows easy application thanks to a 150 ml mix kit. The colour gloss care balm with Uv filter maintains the shine of your shade for up to 8 weeks with weekly use. Inspired by the pink artwork on the walls of Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles and her street style, the Rose Gold shade creates a very individual look.
Fill the entire colouring gel into the application bottle with the developer cream. Close the application bottle carefully and shake vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous. Apply the colour mixture to the hairline first. Divide your hair into small, even sections. Then spread the colour mixture over the entire hair. After the exposure time, lather the hair with a little water. Then rinse thoroughly until the water is clear. Spread a hazelnut-large amount of the colour shine care balm evenly on your hair and leave for 2 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.
