Description

With its 360° rotation, the ebelin Cryo Massage Roller enables a soothing, deep-acting (self-)massage all over the body and face. It can be used both cooled and with heat. Ideal for relieving muscle tension and massaging trigger points. For a thoroughly relaxed feeling all over the body. For external use only.

Not suitable for the genital area or the abdominal area for pregnant women.
Tip: For a cooling effect, place the massage roller in the refrigerator for a few minutes before use. The ball can also be heated in warm water at a maximum of 40°C for heat application. Not suitable for microwaves, ovens, or freezers.
Care instructions: After use,

remove the ball by turning the housing and clean it with lukewarm water and mild soap.

Then let it dry with the opening facing down to allow excess water to drain away. This item is available in various colors. Unfortunately, pre-selecting a specific version is not possible for this order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
