The hyaluronic acid they contain forms a protective film that can shield the eyes from external influences such as dust, allergens, or dry air. The drops can also provide support when wearing contact lenses.

Product Safety

Do not use if the safety ring is broken, missing, or the expiration date has passed. Once opened, do not use the eye drops for more than 60 days. Close the bottle tightly after use. Store at room temperature. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or allow contact with the eye. Do not swallow the eye drops and keep them out of the reach of children. Inform the manufacturer and the relevant authorities in the event of any serious incidents. There are no known risks associated with any potential interaction of the solution with other products or substances after absorption through the ocular surface. Interactions/Contraindications/Side Effects: Consult your doctor before using these eye drops during/with any other eye medication and/or therapy. Do not use if you are hypersensitive/allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use in children under 3 years of age. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.
Buffered isotonic aqueous solution with sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, sodium chloride, boric acid, borax decahydrate, disodium edetate, and polyhexanide 0.0001%.
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before use. Twist the cap counterclockwise to open. Instill 1 to 2 drops into each eye and blink several times. If using contact lenses: Place 1 to 2 drops into the indentation of the lens before inserting it, or instill the drops directly into the eye while wearing the lenses. Close the bottle tightly after each use. The drops can be used up to 8 times daily, as needed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
