Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy. Do not color your hair: – if you have a rash on your face or if your scalp is sensitive, irritated, or damaged, – if you have ever experienced a reaction after coloring your hair, – if you have ever experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo. Contains hydrogen peroxide and phenylenediamines (toluenediamines). See base of pack for full ingredient list. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if the product comes into contact with them. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Rinse hair well after application. Wear suitable gloves. Caution, Please Note: Before use, carefully read the Safety Instructions on the back of the instruction leaflet. 1. Preparation: Before starting application, remove the enclosed gloves from the instruction leaflet, put on the enclosed gloves, and cover yourself with protective clothing. Have a clock or timer ready to monitor the processing time. Brillance is applied to dry, unwashed hair. 2. Mixing: Please wear gloves and a protective cape. Unscrew the cap of the applicator bottle. Open the color cream by piercing the tube seal with the back of the cap. Squeeze the entire contents of the color cream into the applicator bottle. Screw the cap back on the applicator bottle and shake vigorously until everything is completely blended into a smooth cream. Break off the tip of the applicator bottle and begin the application immediately as follows: 3.A Full Application: This application is recommended if: - you are permanently coloring your hair for the first time. - the previous coloring has completely grown out, i.e., no roots are visible. Apply the prepared color mixture strand by strand to all of your hair. Leave the mixture on for 30 minutes. 3.B Root Treatment: This application is recommended if: - Your hair has been permanently colored and roots are visible. - Your ends are darker or damaged. First, apply approximately 2/3 of the coloring mixture only to the regrowth. To do this, part a section of hair using the tip of the applicator bottle. Now apply the coloring mixture along the part and distribute it onto the roots with your fingers (please keep the enclosed gloves on). Repeat the process on the entire root area. Leave the coloring mixture on for 20 minutes. Then distribute the remaining mixture throughout your hair and leave it on for another 10 minutes. 3. Rinse And Condition: After the processing time, put the gloves back on. Lather your hair with a little warm water and then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee SAR 15 for KSA.
